Heather got her start in public accounting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. From there she joined the mortgage industry in 2000 as she realized after purchasing her first home, that she had a passion for understanding home ownership and real estate development. After her own experience in residential real estate purchasing, Heather wanted to share her knowledge to help others in their dreams of home ownership, and since then has assisted countless clients with the purchase of their homes or understanding the refinance process.

With a strong background in finance, as well as a deep and personal knowledge of various home loan products, she is committed to working hard and finding the best options for her clients. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is assisting her clients in reaching their dreams of home ownership by knowing they understand the products and in the end are content with the process. She understands that clients may be in a unique financial situation, and with her deep knowledge of residential Real Estate transactions including pre-qualification, pre-approval, purchase, refinance, HELOC, sale, and even 1031 exchange, she is able to confidently guide her clients to the product that suits them best. Heather is known for her attention to detail and ability to walk her clients through the finance process simply and to the point, making their experience seamless and straight forward.
